Appointment Updates

TotalCardiology is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff. Please read carefully prior to your appointment.

Screening

All patients will be screened by phone and in person prior to their appointment.  Please call our office if:

  • You have any symptoms of respiratory illness - fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath.
  • In the last 10 days, you have have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting test results.
  • You have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 7 days.

Masks + Support Person

You will be required to wear a mask while in our clinics. A mask will be provided to you upon arrival. If you are wearing a mask, you will be asked to remove it and use the mask provided.

To ensure physical distancing measures can be maintained, please bring only one essential visitor, if required, to support your care (e.g., translator, mobility issues),

Have you been asked to fill out a new patient questionnaire? (Only required for clinic visit not for test appointments)
