Appointment Updates

TotalCardiology is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff. Following public health guidance, we have made the following changes to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please read carefully prior to your appointment.

Screening

All patients will be screened by phone and in person prior to their appointment. You will be asked a series of questions about respiratory and flu-like symptoms, travel and history, and possible exposure to COVID-19. Please call our office to re-book if:

  • You or a close contact have any symptoms of respiratory illness - fever, cough, runny nose, sort throat or shortness of breath.
  • You or a close contact have travelled outside Canada (including the US) in the past 14 days.
  • You or a close contact have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

Face Masks + Capacity Limits

You will be required to wear a mask while in our clinics. A mask will be provided to you upon arrival. If you are wearing a mask, you will be asked to remove it and use the mask provided.

To ensure physical distancing measures can be maintained, please bring only one essential visitor, if required, to support your care (e.g., translator, mobility issues),
